Looking For:   Lawn Care Technician

Weekly Hours of  20+

TurfNDirt is a caring & growing family business that has been maintaining Oakville, Mississauga, Burlington and Etobicoke Lawns since 2011 and has been providing the lawn maintenance services for The Garden Girls Garden Care since their inception.

Do you have experience in lawn care maintenance or a willingness to learn the position with the opportunity to grow with our growing company?

Are you able to communicate with customers with a friendly and positive attitude?

Are you able to foster a co-operative and comfortable team environment and nurture a positive and flexible work environment?

Do you have the drive to make a difference in our customers day?

Our primary goal is to deliver weekly consistent, responsible lawn service to a variety of customers in different stages of their lives using standard lawn maintenance equipment. Regular Maintenance Duties include tending our customer’s grass areas with line trimming, backpack blowing and lawn mowing. Assistance as needed in other areas within the company including sod repairs, top dressing & seeding, mulching, soil delivery and application.

This position pays $18-$20 per hour depending on experience and knowledge.

Able to work outdoors for extended periods in varying weather conditions.

Able to wear personal protective equipment deemed necessary to perform this job safely (may include; gloves, mask and / or face shield, non-slip shoes, steel toe shoes etc

An up-to-date vaccination schedule is required.

Weekends and Holidays are valuable time for you to enjoy personally!

This position pays $25 – 30 per hour depending on experience and knowledge.

Valid Ontario Driver’s License (class G / G2) with a clean abstract.

Experience pulling a trailer.

Able to work outdoors for extended periods in varying weather conditions.
